At House of Sal, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original House of Sal tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
